She has a strong track record in building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond.

With a Master’s degree in Management from Steinbeis University and a background in psychology from Jacobs University, Ritika combines analytical insight with a people-centric approach. Fluent in English, German, and Hindi, and with deep experience in the SaaS, manufacturing, and consulting sectors, she is well-positioned to lead the development and growth of our European partner network.
