Sebastiaan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in legal advisory, compliance, and risk management. He began his career as a legal counsel and compliance consultant before evolving into leadership roles within major financial institutions and GRC technology firms across Europe, APAC, and North America.

Most recently, Sebastiaan founded ControlRebels, where he led a team in building tailored GRC solutions on low-code platforms to drive digital transformation for clients. His entrepreneurial drive and hands-on experience in delivering complex GRC programs—especially on platforms like SAI360 and Nasdaq BWise—make him a strong fit for our continued growth in the GPRC space.

Sebastiaan brings a pragmatic, customer-centric approach to every project, with deep expertise in project and program management, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
