Rahul brings over 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence environments across large-scale global teams.

He has a strong track record in leading tool migrations (such as ServiceNow to JSM and Rally to Jira), implementing automation and integrations with platforms like Workday and Salesforce, and driving governance and process improvements.

Rahul’s expertise spans ITSM and Agile practices, DevOps toolchains, and cloud infrastructure using Azure, Docker, and Terraform. With his deep technical knowledge and collaborative approach, Rahul will play a key role in strengthening our Atlassian ecosystem and supporting teams across the organization.
