Meenakshi (Meena) brings strong international legal and compliance experience, having supported cross-border operations, due diligence, contract risk assessments, and regulatory alignment across multiple industries. She has advised clients in the technology, healthcare, FMCG, and hospitality sectors, with hands-on expertise in drafting and negotiating B2B agreements, developing compliance processes, and aligning contracts with EU commercial law standards.

She holds an LL.M. from Stockholm University and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and is a member of the Bar Council of India. Her international experience includes working with Bolt in Estonia, Wolters Kluwer, and leading Indian law firms such as Trilegal and CrestLaw Partners.
