We are now looking for an experienced GRC Technology Delivery Manager with relevant experience in delivering/implementing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms. As a Delivery Manager at Corporater, you will lead our Dutch delivery team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects that drive customer success and ongoing value.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering defined project scope on time and within budget and within quality frameworks, while achieving the customer’s desired results. This involves adhering to Corporater's leading practice methodologies, collaborating closely with the customer's project team and key stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate Corporater platform implementation projects, ensuring clarity on planned tasks, tracking progress, and addressing deviations promptly. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the delivery team and fostering long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with key customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Corporater implementations, addressing challenges, resolving issues, and delivering measurable value.

• Client Management: Have a sound background in requirements capture, service introduction, service support, software testing practices. Strong engage skills with clients PMO, architect team, and service management stakeholders.

• Governance & Compliance: Oversee engagement governance, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risk, issues, dependencies and assumptions are managed Provide clear project highlight and steering group reporting.

• Deliver Results: Ensure deliverables align with customer goals and expectations, applying expertise and lessons learned to promote engagement success and long-term value.

• Lead Delivery Teams: Manage the Dutch delivery team throughout customer engagements, often in collaboration with service partners.

• Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a mentor for Corporater’s implementation consultants and partner team members to achieve engagement objectives.

• Sales Support: Act as a Delivery Manager expert alongside the Sales team during sales cycles, ensuring alignment and feasibility of proposed solutions.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have: 

Relevant Experience: Experience in implementing or operating with multiple GRC platforms is essential. Especially, you will have hands-on experience in conducting functional (and preferably technical) workshops in the respective GRC domain.

Professional Expertise: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional services organization.

Project Management Skills: Certification in PMI or similar methodologies; Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification are desirable. Strong planning and plan tracking skills fort resources, tasks, dates, dependencies, and financials both forecast and actual.

Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of technology, with proven success in analyzing and resolving complex issues.

Communication Skills: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; German proficiency is a plus.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Growth Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and adapting quickly in dynamic environments.

Leadership: Comfortable independently leading projects and teams while fostering collaboration.
