Customer Support Consultants
Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? Corporater is looking for Customer Support Consultants to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our global clients.
We are looking for Customer Support Consultants to join our growing team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing support with the Corporater platform. You’ll play a key part in ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, knowledgeable, and solution-focused support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets in the internal ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams (consultants, developers) when needed.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for customers.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Share customer feedback to improve the product and support experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or business applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk is a plus.
- Knowledge of GRC or business management platforms is an advantage.
