De rol

Je werkt direct met klanten aan de implementatie van het Corporater Business Management Platform — van configuratie tot workshops tot slimme, AI-gedreven oplossingen.

Geen stapels interne memo’s. Geen hiërarchie van zes lagen. Jij bent er gewoon bij, vanaf dag één.

Je maakt deel uit van een klein, ondernemend team dat snel groeit in Europa. Je krijgt al snel echte verantwoordelijkheid — niet pas na drie jaar.

Wat ga je doen

• Implementeren en configureren van Corporater-oplossingen bij Europese klanten
• Meewerken in klantworkshops en de vertalig maken naar concrete (AI gedreven) oplossingen
• Klanten on-site ondersteunen en adviseren
• Samenwerken met collega’s vanuit ons HQ in Stavanger en onze locaties in Frankfurt en Londen
• Bijdragen aan AI-gedreven use cases en data-automatisering
• Testen, documenteren en valideren — je begrijpt ook hoe het in elkaar zit

Wat breng jij mee

• Vloeiend Nederlands én goed Engels
• Woonachtig in Nederland
• 0–3 jaar ervaring in IT, consulting, business systems of iets vergelijkbaars
• Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in excuses
• Je leert snel, bent klantgericht en houdt van een beetje chaos in een groeiende organisatie
• Reisbereid — zowel naar klanten in Nederland als naar onze internationale locaties

We’re hiring Dutch-speaking Junior Consultants in the Utrecht region to support client delivery, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a global software company.

About the Role

To strengthen our local delivery capacity in the Netherlands, we are looking to hire two Dutch-speaking Junior Consultants to join our growing team in Zeist/Utrecht.

This role is a key step in building sustainable in-house delivery capabilities, ensuring high-quality customer engagement and execution.

You will work closely with customers on-site, supporting implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Corporater Business Management Platform, in collaboration with our Delivery, Product, and Support teams.

You will also gain exposure to and contribute to the development and implementation of AI-enabled GRC solutions, supporting customers in leveraging data-driven insights and automation.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation and configuration of Corporater solutions for Dutch customers

• Participate in customer workshops to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations

• Provide on-site support and guidance to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution quality, performance, and stability

• Contribute to documentation, testing, and validation of solutions

• Support the transition toward a managed services delivery model

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-enabled GRC solutions, including data-driven insights and automation use cases

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)

• Based in the Netherlands (EU residency required), with availability for frequent on-site work in the Utrecht region

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (consulting, IT, business systems, or similar)

• Strong interest in technology, AI, digitalization, and business processes

• Structured, reliable, and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment
