About the Role
To support our continued growth in the UK & Ireland, we are seeking a driven, ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team.
You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, creating new opportunities, and building a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.
This is a high-impact, entry-to-mid-level sales role designed for someone ready to work hard, learn fast, and develop into a full-cycle sales professional. You will gain exposure to enterprise SaaS sales, GRC solutions, and AI-enabled use cases, with a clear career path toward a Sales Manager role.
What You’ll Do
Conduct strategic prospecting across enterprise accounts within GRC, risk, and compliance domains
Identify key stakeholders (CROs, CIOs, CCOs) and uncover business challenges and priorities
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn)
Generate and qualify new business opportunities, booking meetings for senior sales executives
Position Corporater’s platform, including AI-enabled capabilities, in a compelling and relevant way
Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to refine messaging and target specific industries
Maintain accurate CRM data and track activity to support data-driven pipeline management
Consistently meet and exceed activity targets and pipeline generation goals
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or a quota-driven commercial environment
Strong motivation and resilience—you are comfortable operating in a high-activity, high-performance role
Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and initiating conversations with C-level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex solutions, including AI-enabled enterprise platforms
A structured and disciplined approach to pipeline building and follow-up
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
UK residency or valid work authorisation (required)

What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales
Exposure to GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) or regulated industries
Experience with AI-driven products, data platforms, or analytics solutions
Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed targets consistently
