Trishna brings with her a solid background in end-to-end HR management, having most recently led employee lifecycle programs at a fast-paced organization where she managed onboarding for 150+ employees, implemented 30-60-90 day KPIs for probation success, and drove key HR strategies across recruitment, performance management, policy development, and engagement.

Her hands-on experience spans across talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, and HR operations, and she has been instrumental in initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture—such as launching internal learning programs, developing career growth plans, and driving towards Great Place to Work certification.

With her strong academic foundation (MBA in HR & Marketing from Tezpur University) and a pragmatic, people-first approach, Trishna is well-positioned to support and strengthen our growing HR functions together with our HR team in Chennai and Norway HQ.
