Varsha brings with her over a decade of experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain. She holds a Master’s degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor's in Information Science and Engineering from VTU.

Her career includes significant contributions at MetricStream, BNP Paribas, and Estuate Software, with a strong focus on delivering scalable GRC solutions. At MetricStream, Varsha played a pivotal role in multiple end-to-end implementations, leading cross-functional teams and driving solutioning for key frameworks such as TPRM, ITR, and TVM. She worked closely with high-profile clients, including Hoag Hospital and ZoomInfo, ensuring tailored configurations and successful deployments. 

Prior to this, at BNP Paribas, she acted as a strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
