Corporater is on a journey to leverage Artificial Intelligence across our global business — enhancing how we sell, implement, and support our customers.
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, working closely with our VP Strategic Alliances and cross-functional business teams to implement and operationalize new AI capabilities across our existing workflows — including sales enablement, implementation delivery, and customer care.
This role will focus on building and integrating AI-driven services and automations using tools such as N8N, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Neo4J (or other graph databases). You’ll be part of a project-based organization, delivering concrete AI solutions while helping establish a sustainable maintenance and support structure (Business-as-Usual operations) for ongoing optimization.
Your Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-based automation workflows to enhance sales, implementation, and customer care processes.
Integrate AI models and tools using N8N, RAG, and graph databases (e.g., Neo4J).
Work collaboratively with business process owners to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
Develop connectors, APIs, and data pipelines to interface AI services with Corporater’s internal systems.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for contextual data processing and knowledge search.
Configure, test, and fine-tune graph-based knowledge models to represent relationships between customers, projects, and business entities.
Contribute to establishing a Business-as-Usual (BAU) framework for AI services — including monitoring, governance, and change management.
Document solutions, prepare technical handover packages, and provide training to internal teams.
Stay current with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously evolve our automation ecosystem.
What You Bring
3–6 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Machine Learning Developer.
Hands-on experience with AI workflow automation tools (e.g., N8N, Make, LangChain, Zapier, etc.).
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with RAG concepts and LLM integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI).
Experience working with graph databases such as Neo4J, ArangoDB, or TigerGraph.
Understanding of data pipelines, API integration, and knowledge management frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Self-driven, organized, and able to take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI Ops, MLOps, or workflow orchestration in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or service management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira).
Understanding of business process automation (BPA) and data governance.
Knowledge of GPRC (Governance, Performance, Risk & Compliance) domains or enterprise SaaS applications.
