Global Support Manager – SupportDiana brings a strong background in customer success, IT engineering, and leadership, with extensive experience across the IT, SaaS, and oil & gas industries. She joins us from Cegal AS, where she served as Customer Success Manager, responsible for sales, customer relations, and contract-compliant service delivery. Before that, she led global customer experience teams, ensuring seamless support and effective incident management.
With a bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering and an Executive MBA in Leadership and Strategy from the University of Stavanger, Diana is well-equipped to drive excellence in our Global Support operations. Fluent in Norwegian, English, and Arabic, she will play a key role in strengthening our global support function.
