Sr. Software Engineer – Customer Success

Pooja Shivanand Motagi is our MS 365 / CRM Specialist. Pooja brings with her a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development, with 3 years of experience in IT and 2.5 years specializing in MS Dynamics CRM 365.

Before joining Corporater, Pooja was with Capgemini Technology in Bangalore, where she worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on CRM customization, Power Platform solutions, and system integrations. She has deep expertise in CRM development, SQL, JavaScript, and Power BI and has contributed to large-scale projects, including those for Scottish Water, where she played a key role in system enhancements and troubleshooting.

Pooja holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from STJ Institute of Technology, Karnataka. She is also certified in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM and has completed multiple professional trainings in Azure and D365 CE.
