Susanne holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Creativity, Innovation, and Business Development from Høyskolen Kristiania. She has developed experience in process management, organizational development, and customer engagement, having previously worked as a Center Manager at In Shape AS, where she was responsible for team building, recruitment, and operational management. In addition, she has experience as a Tour Guide at Freia and has served as a Student Mentor, guiding new students through their academic journeys.

Her passion for business growth, innovation, and team development makes her a valuable addition to our team.
