Her expertise spans troubleshooting complex multi-environment issues, working extensively with Citrix Cloud, Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and other related technologies. She is also well-versed in networking protocols, Windows systems, Linux, and cloud infrastructure monitoring using Dynatrace APM.
