🔍 About the Role
As a GRC Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Corporater’s GRC solutions, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will work closely with sales teams, prospective customers, and technical teams to craft compelling demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) that highlight the power of our platform.
You’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring that our solutions align with the strategic objectives of our customers.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and presentation skills.
You will, from time to time, be required to travel overseas (Middle East / Europe) and must have a valid passport. We will accommodate any visas required.
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Support & Solution Demonstration
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and design compelling solution presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep dives that align with customer pain points and business objectives.
- Develop and present tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of Corporater’s GRC solutions.
- Address technical questions and concerns raised by prospective customers during the sales cycle.
- Position Corporater’s value proposition effectively to different stakeholders, from technical users to C-level executives.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Mapping
- Engage with prospects to understand their governance, risk, and compliance challenges.
- Analyze business processes and regulatory requirements to align Corporater’s solutions with customer needs.
- Work with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on potential enhancements based on customer interactions.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Proposal Development & RFP Response
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) by providing technical content and solution details.
- Create compelling solution overviews, proposals, and presentations tailored to each client’s industry and use case.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights
- Stay updated on GRC industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights on market demands and customer expectations to enhance sales strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and articulate Corporater’s differentiators effectively.
Training & Enablement
- Educate internal teams and partners on Corporater’s GRC solutions and presales best practices.
- Develop technical sales training materials for sales teams, partners, and resellers.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in webinars, industry events, and customer workshops.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 📌 5-7 years of experience in GRC presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
- 🔍 Strong understanding of governance, risk management & compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- 🛠 Hands-on experience in workflow automation, business process mapping, and technical solutioning.
- 🤝 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.
- 🎤 Confident public speaking skills with experience presenting to executives.
🌟 Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience working with GRC platforms (e.g., Corporater, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar).
- Exposure to SaaS solutions and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in consultative selling and value-based positioning.
- additional European languages is a big plus.
